It has been really warm in the Netherlands these days. We had more than 30°C this weekend, with crowded beaches and canals full of boats, people having barbecue, picnics, sunbathing, definitely enjoying summer. And this is the perfect weather for a ceviche or some spanish jamón.
I’ve got a friend who is a really talented cook. Luckily, he shares everything he makes in a website, this way I can follow his recipes even being an ocean away from him. He has taught me the ceviche I always make at home and, seriously, I love this recipe. Don’t waste your time, if you love fresh fish and it’s warm, go for this recipe, you won’t regret it.
It goes pretty well with some spanish jamón. Just saying :-)
